Prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of breast cancer

A small number of meals, at least 3-5 kinds of vegetables and 2-4 kinds of fruit every day, especially dark green and orange vegetables and fruits with high carotene and vitamin C, pay attention to color and flavor to increase appetite, an hour before the meal to do some light exercise to increase appetite, try to maintain a relaxed mood when eating, avoid moldy, carbon baked, pickled The appropriate exercise is conducive to sleep, reduce nausea and promote recovery from disease.  7.Exercise should be noted: within the limits of physical strength; start with exercises of low activity and gradually increase the amount of exercise; please ask your doctor when you can start exercising.  8.Return to work: By actively participating in social activities, confidence and strength will be generated mentally, and attention will be shifted, which will also be beneficial to further recovery from the disease. However, care should be taken not to force the resumption of work, and must do what you can. Otherwise overexertion is going to lower the resistance. It is inappropriate to negatively think that if you have cancer, you will lose your ability to work forever and you will always have to recuperate; or to force yourself to resume work in spite of your condition and physical condition.  9. Regular review: should include routine physical examination and mammogram, and the first mammogram for patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery should be scheduled 6-12 months after radiotherapy; female patients with intact uterus taking tamoxifen while receiving annual gynecological examination and making quick judgment of any small amount of vaginal bleeding that occurs; endometrial biopsy or ultrasonography is not recommended routinely in asymptomatic patients Bone density should be tested in premenopausal patients with premature ovarian failure during adjuvant chemotherapy and in postmenopausal patients receiving aromatase inhibitors.
