Usually the pain at the back of the shoulder is related to heart disease, but not exactly to heart disease, that is to say, for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease combined with unstable angina, patients will have pain at the back of the shoulder, the patient will have pressure and strangulation pain behind the sternum, accompanied by the involvement-like pain at the back of the shoulder, usually when the above-mentioned pain occurs, it is related to the right coronary artery stenosis, blood supply insufficiency or even occlusion. The pain in these areas is usually directly related to stenosis, incomplete blood supply or even occlusion of the right coronary artery. However, the pain in the right shoulder is not entirely caused by heart disease, but also by cervical spondylosis and frozen shoulder, especially if there is a significant frozen shoulder in the posterior shoulder. Pain can also occur if there is trauma to the posterior shoulder that causes contusions or lacerations to the surrounding soft tissues.
