Breast BI-RADS category 3, suggesting a high probability of benign breast nodules and less than 2% of malignancy, is usually not serious. Patients are advised to undergo a review in about 3 months to find out whether the nodules have changed, and if malignant tendencies are found, they need to be treated promptly. Firstly, breast BI-RADS category 3 is mostly found in the examination report, breast BI-RADS can be divided into 6 categories, 1-3 nodules are mostly benign and can be reviewed regularly, 4-6 nodules are mostly malignant, the larger the value the more serious, 6 categories are confirmed malignant nodules, commonly found in breast cancer. Secondly, although breast BI-RADS category 3 is less likely to be malignant, it still needs to be reviewed periodically, usually once every 3 months or so for imaging examinations, such as ultrasound and mammography, to observe whether there is any change in the lesion site. If there is no change in the size of the lesion, you can continue to follow up and develop a good lifestyle and avoid triggering factors. If the scope of the lesion is enlarged or the internal blood flow is rich, which indicates the tendency of malignancy, further breast aspiration biopsy is needed to exclude malignant tumor. If malignant tumor is diagnosed, comprehensive treatment, including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy, should be carried out as soon as possible to improve the prognosis. Therefore, patients should not worry too much and pay attention to follow-up examinations. Pay attention to regular life, combine work and rest, and insist on outdoor sports every day to help maintain a happy mood and avoid excessive mental stress. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and less spicy, fried and stimulating foods.
