For patients suffering from tennis elbow, the local symptoms can be relieved through rehabilitation functional training, the main methods are resistance back extension training, flexion wrist stretching training, etc., as follows: 1. Resistance back extension training: the patient and family members stand facing each other, the patient makes a fist with force to do wrist back extension action, the family members place their hands on the back part of the patient’s hand, press down the fist that is being back extended with force to do resistance exercise, insist on 1-2 minutes; 2. Wrist flexion and stretching training: the patient does the wrist flexion action, clenches the fist with force, the other hand grabs the fist, makes the fist flex to the outside, and then does the stretching action.
