Acute urticaria is a common allergic disorder of the skin and mucous membranes, characterized by a transient, limited edematous rash with severe itching, and the appearance of wind clusters of varying sizes that begin in isolation and gradually expand and fuse. Pathogenesis: It is caused by various allergic factors that stimulate the body to produce a metamorphic or non-metamorphic reaction. Timely detection and removal of allergic factors, the symptoms can be relieved; if not timely detection and removal or avoid allergic factors, the clinical trend is often recurrent, bringing great pain to patients, for serious cases with respiratory and gastrointestinal mucosal edema, can be life-threatening. Therefore, for patients with acute zoonoses, timely detection and removal of allergenic factors is pastoral important. Laboratory tests: blood routine with increased eosinophils, if there is a serious Staphylococcus aureus infection, the total number of white blood cells is often increased or the count is normal while the percentage of neutrophils increases, or the presence of toxic particles at the same time. Diagnosis: Based on the characteristics of the rash as a wind cluster, which occurs and fades rapidly and leaves no traces after fading, it is not difficult to diagnose, but the etiology is more difficult to diagnose, due to detailed medical history, careful physical examination, comprehensive and integrated analysis of the condition. Treatment: 1. Systemic treatment: Generally, the first generation of antihistamines such as chlorpheniramine and ketotifen can be used; if the patient requires work and study to concentrate, the second generation of antihistamines without drowsiness such as cetirizine hydrochloride can be used; usually 2-3 antihistamines are combined. For those with infection add antibiotics to control infection. If the disease is serious, half with shock or laryngeal edema and respiratory distress, hydrocortisone is used as a static drip. 2. Topical medications: Furfurylated lotion is available in summer, and emulsion with anti-itch effect is available in winter.
