Diet and contraindications for patients with cachexia

  Cachexia is also known as cachexia. It is a syndrome of extreme emaciation, skin and bones, skeleton-like, anemia, weakness, complete bed rest, inability to take care of oneself, extreme pain, and general failure. It is mostly caused by cancer and other serious chronic diseases. It can be seen as a state of intoxication due to disorders of many organs of the body. The occurrence of this syndrome mostly means that the organism is in a state of severe dysfunction.  Patients with cachexia are advised to eat foods rich in high quality protein, such as lean meat, fish and shrimp, soybeans and their products, milk, etc. Fresh fruits and vegetables, especially dark-colored fruits and vegetables.  You can eat more of the following foods: 1, lean meat contains nutrients similar to the human body and easier to digest than fatty meat, high protein content, but also contains iron, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and other minerals and B vitamins. Daily intake of lean meat should not be too much, 2 two is appropriate. Quick frying can better retain the nutrients, and vegetables with eating more conducive to nutrient absorption.  2, spinach contains a lot of crude plant fiber, with the role of promoting intestinal peristalsis, conducive to defecation, and can promote pancreatic secretion, to help digestion.  3, fish contains folic acid, vitamin B2, vitamin B12 and other vitamins, nourishing the stomach, water, swelling, lactation, clearing heat and detoxification, coughing down the effect of gas, edema, swelling, bloating, urination, jaundice, lactation are effective; 4, eggs are considered nutritious food, containing protein, fat, lecithin, lecithin, vitamins and iron, calcium, potassium and other human needs of minerals.  Avoid eating fried and barbecued foods; eat less frozen foods to avoid insufficient nutritional intake; quit smoking and limit alcohol.
