How often is the best time to remove cuticles

There is some variation in how often it is better to exfoliate, but generally once every 1-3 months is sufficient. Exfoliation mainly refers to the use of some topical drugs with a slight corrosive coating on the surface of the skin, through its corrosive effect to the formation of the thickness of the stratum corneum thinning a method. This can make the skin more tender, and it is generally recommended to exfoliate once every 1-3 months, mainly because the metabolic cycle of the epidermal tissue is 28 days, and it usually takes 2-3 cycles of metabolic time to increase the skin thickness to the original degree. If exfoliation is too frequent, it may stimulate the normal skin, triggering local skin erythema, burning and other sensitive phenomena, and in serious cases, irritant dermatitis symptoms, triggering local epidermal pain and ulceration. It should be noted that when exfoliating must be applied in small amounts of topical drugs to avoid causing too much medicine and affect the health of the skin, and pay special attention to the fact that not all people are suitable for exfoliation, especially those with sensitive skin should be avoided.
