Vaginal fluid and leukorrhea are not the same when a woman is sexually aroused. Female flowing water, generally refers to the vaginal secretion, or bacillary fluid, commonly known as love juice, that women secrete when they are sexually aroused. Vaginal fluid is a clear mucus, sometimes milky white, that serves to protect and lubricate the vagina. It is a mixture of secretions from the vestibular gland, cervical glands, endometrium and exudate from the vaginal mucosa and shed vaginal epithelial cells. It is also secreted when there is no sex, and the secretion increases with sexual stimulation. The leucorrhoea, which is mainly formed by cervical mucus and vaginal exfoliated cells, is more of a sign of the health of the reproductive system or not. Normal leucorrhea is white or yellowish in color and has no odor, but its amount and nature may vary slightly with the menstrual cycle. If the leucorrhea is yellow and has an odor, itching or other abnormalities, you need to go to the hospital for gynecological examination and leucorrhea test to rule out the cause and treat it in time.
