Not exercising is prone to colorectal cancer?

The rate of colorectal cancer in young people is increasing, and there are more men than women. What are the characteristics of colorectal cancer in young people?
  I. Less early detection
Young people often think that colorectal cancer is a disease of middle and old age, or they are afraid or shy of examination, and many patients go to hospital only when their symptoms last for a long time.
  High malignant degree
Among the diagnosed colorectal cancer in young people, mucinous adenocarcinoma, low-differentiated carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma, which are the most poorly differentiated, account for most of the cases, and the incidence of distant metastasis and regional lymph node metastasis is high, with more than 60% of them having regional lymph node metastasis at the time of diagnosis.
Third, there are many missed diagnoses
Generally, young colorectal cancer patients have been diagnosed in 5-15 months from the time they go to the hospital with discomfort, and the leakage rate is as high as 70%, and most of them are diagnosed as hemorrhoids, enteritis and intestinal worms at the early stage.
Fourth, the surgical excision rate is low, and the prognosis is poor
Because most patients are already in the middle and late stage when diagnosed, the tumor metastasizes or invades the surrounding tissues and organs, the operability is poor, and sometimes the tumor cannot even be removed, and the 5-year survival rate after surgery is less than 30%.
Nowadays, many young people seldom exercise, why are those who exercise less prone to colorectal cancer?
  1. is that less physical activity does not stimulate colon peristalsis, thus increasing the retention time of food factors, endogenously secreted bile acids and carcinogenic substances in the colon
  2. is that less physical activity can reduce the level and function of T cells, B cells, natural killer cells and interleukin-I in the mechanism, which is not conducive to killing cancer cells in the body.
3, is that people with higher body mass index are less involved in stronger physical activities, which is not conducive to maintaining the internal environment (lower insulin, blood sugar and triglyceride levels) unfavorable to the growth of cancer cells in the body and favorable to the growth of colon cancer cells.
To keep away from colon cancer, we should do the following three things
  First, regular checkups
Regular checkups can detect diseases in time, especially for inflammatory diseases of the intestinal tract, which should be given enough attention and regular checkups to ensure normal defecation function to avoid further spread.
  Second, improve the diet
We should make a reasonable diet plan, balance food nutrition, consume sufficient nutrition, and consume fresh fruits and vegetables rich in carbohydrates and crude fiber to achieve the effect of nutritional supplementation. We should avoid excessive intake of high-fat, high-protein and low-fiber foods as much as possible to avoid the carcinogenic substances produced by them and induce the appearance of diseases.
  Third, exercise
This is a good thing for disease prevention, which can promote blood circulation and ensure smooth bowel movement. People who exercise regularly not only look younger, but also are less prone to cancer, especially colorectal cancer, so they should exercise more to reduce diseases.
