Also hot foods in Chinese medicine include fried and smoked foods, which become hot foods after being fried and baked at high temperatures. Regular coffee drinkers are two to three times more likely to develop these two types of cancer than those who do not drink coffee. At least half of the pancreatic cancer patients are caused by excessive coffee consumption. From the perspective of modern medicine, frequent high-fat diet can prompt the liver to secrete more bile, and after entering the intestine, the primary bile acids in the bile are transformed into deoxycholic acid and stone bile acids under the action of anaerobic bacteria in the intestine, and both of these substances are cancer-promoting agents, which can make the intestinal mucosa cancerous. At the same time, fat can also provide a suitable environment for the growth of many kinds of tumors.  In addition to salt, salty foods include pickled vegetables, salted fish, salted meat and other pickled foods. According to relevant studies, the risk of esophageal cancer is 2.79 times higher in those who often eat pickled foods than in those who do not. The most common cancer caused by the consumption of salty foods is stomach cancer. The occurrence of stomach and esophageal cancer is more common among Japanese fishermen who are addicted to salted fish. Salty fish consumption is also an important factor in causing nasopharyngeal cancer. Malaysian researchers found that coastal residents have more nasopharyngeal cancer because they love to eat salted fish. Our census data proves that in areas with high incidence of stomach cancer, the per capita salt intake is 50 grams per day; while in areas with low incidence of stomach cancer, the per capita salt intake is only about 6 grams.  In fact, salt itself is not carcinogenic, the reason for cancer is that the high concentration of salt solution can easily destroy the protective layer of gastric mucosa and cause mucosal erosion or ulceration. In this case, once invaded by carcinogenic substances, it will lead to local cancer of gastric mucosa cells. Salt is an indispensable substance for human body, but it should not be consumed in excess. It is generally believed that the normal intake of salt should be controlled within 6 grams per day.  Moldy food Aflatoxin has been recognized as the most powerful carcinogen, and Aspergillus flavus is rich in moldy cereals, corn, peanuts, the bacteria in a warm, humid environment is easy to grow and reproduce, the study found that it can induce a variety of tumors in experimental animals. This factor is an important reason for the high incidence of cancer in certain areas of Asia and Africa.
