Is autologous epidermal transplantation effective in treating vitiligo?

Autologous epidermal grafting uses the principle of negative pressure attraction by placing two porous suction cups on the leukoplakic skin and the normal skin to be grafted, which are connected to a device capable of generating negative pressure through a tube. Through the negative pressure, the epidermis of the skin is separated from the dermis, and the epidermis of the white spot is first ground off with a grinding machine, and then the epidermis of the normal skin color part is covered on the exposed surface of the white spot and fixed with band-aids and gauze with pressure. Applicable: Patients whose condition is stable for more than half a year and whose white spots are no longer expanding, not applicable: patients with keloid body, patients who occur in the mouth, lips and other unfixable parts have poor efficacy.
