Health measures for endometriosis

Normally, the endometrium forms only the inner layer of the body wall of the uterus. When the endometrium appears in other parts of the body outside the surface of the uterine cavity, it is called endometriosis. The ectopic endometrium, under the action of ovarian hormones, also undergoes periodic bleeding and blood accumulates, stimulating the surrounding tissues causing adhesions and fibrosis, forming hard nodules or masses of varying sizes. In pelvic endometriosis, progressive dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorders, painful intercourse and infertility are common; in the case of ruptured ovarian endometrial cysts, acute abdominal pain occurs; lesions in the lungs, with periodic coughing of blood; in the bladder, causing periodic hematuria; in the abdominal wall scar, the hard masses increase significantly in size and pain during menstruation and subside after menstruation. Health care measures: 1. Unnecessary gynecological examinations should be avoided during menstruation. 2.Implement contraceptive measures and avoid abortion. 3.Tubal lavage, lumpectomy and hysterosalpingography should be performed 3-7 days after menstruation. 4. For young patients, try to treat conservatively by applying herbs to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis and sex hormones. 5. If the symptoms are severe or medication is ineffective, surgery should be performed for radical treatment.
