New coronary pneumonia symptoms and manifestations

  Most patients with novel coronary pneumonia usually present with typical symptoms such as fever, malaise, and dry cough. A few patients present with atypical symptoms such as diarrhea, nasal congestion, runny nose, and respiratory distress in severe cases.  Some patients may develop septic shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome, uncorrectable metabolic acidosis, and coagulation dysfunction due to the rapid progression of the disease. In terms of changes in body temperature, critically ill patients may present with moderate to low fever, and some critically ill patients may not even have significant fever.
