Can tuberculosis be the result of a clean lung X-ray?

Patients with no problems in chest radiographs cannot exclude the possibility of tuberculosis. In the early stage of tuberculosis onset, chest radiographs may be normal, but sputum culture and sputum tuberculosis pictures are positive, which can prove that patients have developed tuberculosis infection and should be treated as early as possible. Early stage patients may have mild streak changes and thickened lines on chest radiograph, which are difficult to detect in the clinic, and can be checked by the patient’s symptoms to match the examination, like the patient’s presence of cough, sputum and fever, which are beneficial to the diagnostic value. The application of rifampin and pyrazinamide can be systematic for patients with tuberculosis, and it is recommended to use the drug for about one year to prevent the development of drug-resistant strains of bacteria.
