Acute pancreatitis of wine meets big piece of meat

During the Spring Festival, there are more drinks and meals, all kinds of year-end parties and summaries, more drinks into the stomach, drinks can set the atmosphere, surgeon Zhang Chunli recommends that we drink in moderation to avoid inducing acute pancreatitis! Pancreatitis often occurs after a gathering of friends, family and friends, inordinate eating, overeating, binge drinking and binge drinking, often manifesting as sudden onset pain in the middle and upper abdomen. Many patients mistake it for stomach pain and take some medicine at random, often delaying the condition. It is mostly seen in acute pancreatitis stimulated after a fine wine meets a large piece of meat. Pancreatitis is an inflammatory reaction in which pancreatic enzymes are activated in the pancreas due to multiple etiologies causing self-digestion, edema, bleeding and even necrosis of the pancreatic tissue. It is a life-threatening and serious disease that should be given high priority. Acute pancreatitis often occurs after overeating and alcohol consumption. Binge drinking and overeating can lead to a large secretion of pancreatic juice and increased pressure in the pancreatic duct, including violent vomiting, which can also cause a sudden rise in pressure in the digestive tract, leading to the occurrence of acute pancreatitis. In addition, for some chronic alcoholics, due to the stimulation of alcohol, the protein content in the pancreatic fluid increases and easily precipitates to form protein plugs, which can lead to poor secretion and excretion of pancreatic fluid and sudden onset of acute pancreatitis. Clinically, many patients with acute pancreatitis experience overeating or high-fat diet, which is an important and major factor in the development of the disease. Acute necrotizing pancreatitis is dangerous, serious, often secondary to infection, peritonitis, shock, gastrointestinal bleeding, respiratory failure, encephalopathy, renal failure and other complications, and the death rate is high, up to 30-60%, is a common acute serious illness. The typical symptoms of acute pancreatitis are abdominal pain, often in the upper and middle abdominal locations, with varying degrees of pain, which can be discrete to the lower back, intensify in the supine position and reduce in the sitting or forward-flexed position, and cannot be relieved by antispasmodic analgesics, and will increase when eating. Most patients also have nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension and other symptoms, mostly after abdominal pain, characterized by vomiting food first, followed by vomiting bitter water, pain is not relieved after vomiting, and some patients may also have fever. Many patients with pancreatitis used to have biliary tract diseases, such as gallstones, cholecystitis, biliary ascariasis, biliary tract infections, etc. These patients should pay more attention to the proper use of bile ducts. These patients usually pay more attention to a reasonable diet, if excessive consumption of high-fat, high-protein food, it may induce biliary pancreatitis. In addition, taking certain drugs, hyperlipidemia, hypercalcemia, etc. can also induce the disease, and even some people with special physiological anatomical location of the pancreas are prone to it. If you have abdominal pain after eating and drinking with a history of overeating, heavy drinking, or a history of biliary tract disease, you should first consider an attack of acute pancreatitis and should immediately fast and go to the hospital.
