Location of maxillary frontal process fracture

The frontal process of the maxilla is the highest bone of the upper jaw and is located in the part of the human face roughly between the inner canthus of the eye and the bridge of the nose, with the nasal and tear bones distributed near the frontal process. Since the frontal process is part of the maxilla, there is no specific boundary. All fractures of the frontal eminence within its limits are considered frontal eminence fractures. Therefore, the exact location of the frontal eminence fracture requires imaging films such as CT films and CT reconstruction films, MRI films, or even x-rays to show the exact location of the fracture.
