While celebrating the Spring Festival, we should pay attention to the details of life, forbid spitting, do not go to crowded places or poorly ventilated rooms; it is better to cover your mouth with paper or handkerchief when coughing, and do not move forward when others cough; avoid facing each other when talking with others and do not get too close; keep yourself in a well-ventilated and sunny room, and disinfect your home if possible. In addition, you should pay attention to a reasonable diet, balanced nutrition, high protein, high-calorie, vitamin-rich food; to combine work and rest, ensure sufficient sleep and appropriate outdoor activities to enhance physical fitness and improve resistance; at the same time, you should relax your body and mind, do not have too much pressure, and keep your mood as happy as possible.
