Breast cancer is one of the easiest tumors to detect because of its prominence on the surface of the body. There are some early signals and early symptoms of breast cancer. If you master these signals and symptoms, you will be able to detect breast cancer at an early stage, the early signals are: 1. Breast lump: a lump is found suddenly or the existing lump increases rapidly within a short time, mostly painless. People tend to judge the severity of the disease by whether it is painful or not, and often go to the doctor only because of the pain, but not because of the lack of pain, thus delaying the early diagnosis and treatment. 2. Nipple overflow: The nipple overflows with plasma yellowish blood-like fluid. 3, nipple changes: nipple depression, fixed, and orange peel-like changes in the skin around the nipple. To detect breast lumps early, you should also master the self-examination method: Take off your shirt, drop both arms naturally, and look into the mirror to observe whether the nipples are symmetrical and sunken, and whether the breasts are symmetrical. Then touch the left breast with the flat of your right hand and the right breast with the flat of your left hand, press gently and touch repeatedly to feel if there is a lump. Never grasp and pinch, because normal breast tissue will feel like a lump when pinched by hand, and only the lump that you press flat to is a real lump. Press on the nipple to see if there is any fluid flow. Such a self-examination once every 1-2 months can detect breast lumps earlier and not be missed due to your own negligence.
