Infant eczema with stovepipe up to a few days

Usually, in the early stages of infant eczema, the use of glyburide lotion can play a drying, astringent and anti-itching role. If the child’s symptoms are not relieved after 7 days of use, he/she should immediately consult a pediatric dermatologist. Infantile eczema mostly occurs in children within one year of age and is related to the child’s constitution, immunity, environment and food. Early manifestations of erythema, papules, and papules can be treated with glyburide lotion, which is usually applied topically 2-3 times daily. The child’s symptoms usually improve within 7 days. Because of the ingredients in the glycolite lotion such as glycolite, zinc oxide and glycerin, it is important to shake well before use. However, if the eczema is severe, or if the eczema is combined with bacterial infection, or if the exudation is obvious, or if the skin is defective, then it is not suitable for the use of glycopyrrolate lotion, and a weak hormone combined with topical antibiotics can be used for treatment. In addition, during the illness, parents should pay attention to keep the affected child’s skin clean and dry, wear cotton clothing and pants to help the baby sweat out, reduce the inflammation of the skin stimulation, try not to cover the affected child.
