How long does it take for infant eczema to heal itself

The self-healing time of infant eczema varies from person to person and from condition to condition and cannot be generalized. Infant eczema is a common skin condition in babies within 1 year of age and has a certain degree of self-healing. Infant eczema mainly affects the head and face and is characterized by erythema and papules, accompanied by varying degrees of itching. If the child has mild symptoms and is in good health, it will usually heal on its own in about a week.
