How can linear fractures be prevented?

A linear fracture is a relatively minor fracture in terms of the shape of the fracture line, which is usually undisplaced. The common linear fracture is the skull cap linear fracture, which is a skull fracture of the skull cap that occurs under the action of external forces such as industrial and mining injuries, without displacement, and has a very high incidence in craniocerebral trauma, often combined with intracranial brain parenchyma injury. Etiology: Work and mining injuries occur under the action of external forces, direct violence such as car impact on the calf leads to tibiofibular fracture, indirect violence such as sudden kneeling when the quadriceps muscle contracts violently leading to patellar fracture, cumulative strain injury: such as long-distance marching prone to fracture of the second and third metatarsals. There are many causes of fractures, so attention should be paid to identifying the cause, asking about it, treating it symptomatically, seeing if there are other causes, and paying attention to the timely removal of the wound fixation. Prevention: Simple linear fractures of the skullcap do not require special treatment, but one should be alert to the possibility of combined brain injury; when the fracture line passes through the dural vascular sulcus or the part where the venous sinus is located, one should be alert to the possibility of epidural hematoma. Close observation or CT review is required. Internal open fractures can lead to intracranial gas accumulation and should prevent infection and epilepsy. Pay attention to a light diet and do not eat spicy foods. Some patients can avoid fractures, which requires everyone in daily life and work to safety first, always pay attention to reduce the occurrence of fractures, children walking unstable, easy to fall, especially not to play in high places, to educate and watch children to avoid falls, teenagers play more, curious, parents and teachers should do a good job of education, do not climb the wall tree. Young and middle-aged people should concentrate on their work and cycling, and pay attention to safety in everything; elderly people have difficulty in moving their arms and legs, so they should not go out in snow and rain and at night, and should be supported by someone or hold a walking stick when they go out; they should have lighting tools when they go out at night; it is better not to ride a bicycle on the street and not to go to crowded public places.
