Vaginal discharge cleanliness degree II

Vaginal discharge cleanliness degree II indicates that the patient’s vaginal environment is in a normal state and no special treatment is needed. The vaginal discharge test, also known as the routine leucorrhoea test, is one of the common tests performed in gynecological clinics. This test is divided into 4 degrees of vaginal cleanliness, with degrees I-II indicating no vaginal inflammation and degrees III-IV indicating abnormal leukorrhea and vaginal inflammation. 1. degree I: under the microscope, a large number of lactobacilli and epithelial cells can be seen; 2. degree II: under the microscope, there are vaginal epithelial cells, a few white blood cells, some vaginal bacilli, and a few miscellaneous bacteria or pus cells; 3. degree III: under the microscope, there are a few vaginal bacilli and a 4, degree IV: microscopically no vaginal bacilli, except for a few epithelial cells, mainly pus cells and miscellaneous bacteria. In addition, for patients with vaginal discharge degree II, they should avoid washing the vulva with soap, bathing agents and other cleaning products in daily life to avoid changes in vaginal pH, which may lead to dysbiosis of normal vaginal flora. Also pay attention to wearing cotton underwear and loose pants, washing underwear separately and exposing them to the sun.
