Artificial urticaria can generally be self-cured, if the need for treatment can be used to stop itching lotion or take anti-allergy drugs.
1. Antipruritic lotion: such as glycerite lotion, this product can be applied to itchy skin diseases, such as prickly heat or urticaria, the lotion contains glycerite can play the role of antipruritic, astringent and so on, so it can be used to alleviate the artificial urticaria. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not clear.
2. Anti-allergic drugs: such as cetirizine, this product is an antihistamine preparation, no obvious anticholinergic and anti-5-hydroxytryptamine effect, the central inhibition effect is small. It is indicated for the treatment of allergy-related symptoms such as chronic idiopathic urticaria. It may therefore be used to reduce the symptoms of artificial urticaria.
Adverse reactions are commonly drowsiness, dry mouth and headache. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Contraindicated in persons who are hypersensitive to any of the components of the product or to piperazine derivatives. Contraindicated in patients with advanced renal disease with creatinine clearance <10 ml/min.
