Indications and counter indications for circumcision

Circumcision can be considered in the following cases: circumcision; long foreskin with history of inflammation (or history of gynecological inflammation in the female partner); long foreskin with request for surgery for cosmetic or personal hygiene reasons; caution in the following cases: request for surgery due to sexual dysfunction; over-expectation of surgical results; scarred body; occult penis with thick abdominal wall fat; psychological and psychiatric abnormalities, unable to correctly expect surgical results.
