It took 18 hours of continuous operation, and a combined resection of retroperitoneal tumor – pancreas – duodenum – gallbladder – distal stomach – extrahepatic bile duct – part of inferior vena cava – right hemicolectomy was performed, followed by reconstruction of digestive tract by pancreatic duct-jejunum anastomosis, bile duct-jejunum anastomosis, gastrojejunum anastomosis, jejunum-jejunum lateral anastomosis and ileum-colon anastomosis. The patient recovered successfully after surgery, and the postoperative pathology was reported as malignant fibrosarcoma.
