Is a temperature of 36.2 degrees normal?

Body temperature of 36.2°C is within the normal range, but care should be taken to monitor it repeatedly to avoid errors. The human body temperature is mainly measured by mercury thermometer or electronic thermometer, the most commonly used measurement site is the armpit, and its normal value is 36℃-37℃, so 36.2℃ body temperature is more normal. The human body temperature is kept within a relatively constant range, which is suitable for human cells to perform physiological functions and for enzymes in the body to carry out metabolism. The human body temperature is controlled mainly by the thermoregulatory center of the brain, which helps maintain the body temperature in a constant range. If the body temperature increases, it will increase heat dissipation; if the body temperature decreases, it will increase thermogenic activity. Therefore, the body temperature can be stabilized within a more appropriate range. Once there are multiple causes of pyrogenic sources that cause abnormalities in thermoregulation, fever or hypothermia can occur. It is recommended that you should pay attention to diet and nutrition, prevent cold and keep warm, ensure sufficient sleep, and actively participate in physical exercise.
