Is a body temperature of 36.1 degrees normal?

Whether a body temperature of 36.1°C is normal or not needs to be determined by the different measurement sites and cannot be generalized. Normal body temperature is not a specific temperature point, but a temperature range. The body temperature in the deep part of the organism is more constant and uniform, called deep body temperature, while the body surface temperature is influenced by many factors and varies as well as widely, called superficial temperature. The body temperature referred to clinically is the average deep temperature, generally represented by the body temperature of the oral cavity, rectum and axilla. Its normal value is 36.3℃-37.2℃ for oral sublingual temperature, 36.5℃-37.7℃ for rectal temperature, and 36.0℃-37.0℃ for axillary temperature. If the measurement site is the axilla, 36.1℃ is the normal body temperature; if it is the oral or rectal, it is abnormal, you can observe the temperature change, if necessary, wipe the axilla clean and re-measure the body temperature for not less than 5 minutes. In addition, it is recommended that you should usually pay attention to diet and nutrition, prohibit spicy and stimulating food, pay attention to protection against cold and warmth, regular rest and moderate exercise.
