Is a temperature of 35 degrees normal?

A body temperature of 35℃ is not normal and belongs to hypothermia, which may be caused by low external temperature, frostbite, weakness, hypoglycemia, iron deficiency anemia or the use of antipyretic drugs. The normal human body temperature is 36℃-37℃, but not everyone’s body temperature is within this range due to differences in individual’s constitution. The human body temperature is not static, but can change slightly depending on the environment, temperature changes, the amount of exercise, as well as day and night, and physiological periods. For example, there will be daily fluctuations in body temperature of 0.5°C-1°C in the morning and afternoon. A somewhat low body temperature of 35°C is commonly caused by being in a cold environment, or excessive sweating from fever and cold, severe infectious shock, etc. Postoperative period can also lead to hypothermia in patients, which may occur at 35℃. A body temperature of 35°C may lead to abnormal physiological functions, including symptoms such as cardiovascular, respiratory and nerve conduction abnormalities, nerve acuity and reduced metabolic rate, and the presence of these conditions requires prompt medical attention. Although body temperature 35℃ is somewhat low and not within the normal range, if there are no obvious symptoms of discomfort, you can monitor your body temperature first and observe more. Normally, pay attention to proper warmth and avoid getting cold. Eat more high-protein food to increase nutrition. At the same time, exercise to enhance physical fitness, the low body temperature will improve.
