Thigh muscle strain can heal in a few days

  The recovery time of thigh muscle strain is related to the degree of muscle damage and the treatment means. For lighter muscle injuries, conservative treatment is taken for about 1-2 weeks for gradual recovery; for more severe muscle injuries, surgical treatment is required, which takes 3-4 weeks for gradual recovery.  After a muscle strain, it is important to actively go to the hospital for MRI and other related examinations to determine the degree of muscle strain and give the correct treatment measures to promote recovery. For simple muscle strains, without muscle tears or ruptures, conservative treatment is taken by instructing the patient to brake the affected thigh and apply blood-stasis-boosting ointment externally, along with local physiotherapy instrument treatment.
