Treatment of chronic urticaria

To treat chronic hives, it is important to first understand why you have the disease? Most of the time, the disease is caused by an allergy to a factor in the environment. This factor may be all around you, such as dust mites in the carpet, pet fur, dust in the work environment, the food you usually eat, and so on. Some can be detected, some are difficult to detect; some can be avoided, some may not. It may also be due to urinary tract infections, problems with body organs such as hepatitis B viral hepatitis, chronic gastritis, etc., or even certain connective tissue diseases such as cutaneous lupus erythematosus. When the cause cannot be found or is known but cannot be avoided, only long-term medication can be taken. Treatment suggestions: 1. Try to find the cause and try to avoid it. 2.Find a medication that works for the patient. 3.After the rash is controlled, gradually figure out a minimum maintenance dose that can bring the rash under control, such as taking one tablet every other day or every three days and sticking to it for several months, or even longer.
