Is it dangerous to have a sudden decrease in high blood pressure?

Patients with hypertension can be at risk if their blood pressure is suddenly lowered between them. Long-term chronic medication for life is advocated for patients with hypertension, but sudden lowering of blood pressure to normal levels is not advocated. Patients with hypertension can apply a combination of drugs or multiple drugs with the ultimate goal of bringing the blood pressure up to standard, but a therapeutic process is required. Patients with hypertensive crisis cannot lower their blood pressure to 20%-25% of the original blood pressure within an hour at most. Patients with hypertension who suddenly lower their blood pressure will experience cardiovascular ischemia reperfusion and damage important organs, such as the heart, kidney and brain are subject to different degrees of ischemic changes, and there is a risk of sudden blood pressure lowering.
