Low menstrual flow and pale color are mainly caused by inflammation of the endometrium. During menstruation, the endometrium sheds and causes bleeding, and when there is inflammation of the endometrium, it leads to increased exudation. When there is inflammation of the endometrium, the endometrial tissue is damaged to some extent, which can lead to a decrease in menstrual flow. Therefore, ultrasound should be done clinically to understand the condition of the endometrium. If the endometrium is unevenly echogenic, diagnostic scraping should be done at the 6th-12th hour of menstruation, if necessary, to clarify the diagnosis before treatment, taking into account the clinical history.
