Breast cancer surgery is mainly modified radical surgery, which usually removes all of the unilateral breast and clears the axillary lymph nodes, that is, the tumor is removed. The upper border should be cut to the subclavian bone, the middle to the parasternal bone, the lower border to the pectoralis major muscle, and the outer border to the anterior border of the latissimus dorsi muscle, while all lymph nodes that may have metastasis are removed, including fatty tissue, mainly between the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor muscles, and also including the lower part of the axilla. Breast cancer patients who do chemotherapy, immunohistochemistry results and endocrine therapy after surgery with pathological staging have better results, and some patients can do targeted therapy, and overall the results are good.
