Anti-inflammatory drugs such as compound glycyrrhizin can be used in combination. The above drugs have the possibility of adverse reactions such as fatigue, nausea, dry mouth and headache.
2. Primary immune thrombocytopenia: this kind of patients can be supported by intravenous platelet transfusion therapy, romiplostim and other thrombopoietic drugs, in order to achieve the purpose of increasing the patient’s platelet count to a safe level. Splenectomy can be considered according to the condition of the patient who has no effect of drug treatment. It should be noted that there is a possibility of adverse reactions such as dizziness, insomnia and abdominal pain with the use of the above drugs.
