What should I do if I have hemoptysis in tuberculosis?

1, some patients with early pulmonary tuberculosis, despite the mild condition, there is the possibility of hemoptysis; on the contrary, some patients with severe disease, but no hemoptysis. 2, hemoptysis to maintain emotional stability and environmental quiet, some people are afraid of blood hemoptysis, and desperately hold their breath, afraid to hemoptysis, which is very easy to cause asphyxia (blood clots blocking the trachea can not breathe). When hemoptysis, lie on the affected side, head to the affected side, and keep quiet. 3. Prevent violent coughing. Coughing is not good for hemostasis, and the heavier the cough, the more hemoptysis or hemoptysis can be caused. If you cough more than once, you can take cough suppressants. 4.Once hemoptysis occurs, go to the nearby medical unit as soon as possible for treatment. If you find that hemoptysis suddenly stops, and there is chest tightness, irritability, cold sweat, or even a purple face, it indicates the appearance of hemoptysis and asphyxia. The other thing is to send the patient to the hospital for resuscitation without losing time. 5.After the patient has hemoptysis, he should be absolutely bedridden. Take care of your life, eat some warm and cool liquid food or semi-liquid food, and eat some cold drinks in summer, which will help to stop the bleeding. When hemoptysis has just stopped, it is forbidden to get up and move around. After hemoptysis stops (including blood in sputum), continue to lie in bed for 3-7 days before gradually getting up and moving around. 6. Patients with frequent hemoptysis should pay attention to their daily lives and avoid excessive fatigue and heavy physical labor. Keep some commonly used hemostatic drugs (such as Anluo blood, 6-aminoacetic acid, hemostatic minerals, Yunnan Baiyao, etc.) at home for emergency use. Go to the hospital for examination after hemoptysis has stopped.
