The adverse reactions after the second vaccination are similar to those after the first injection, which are mainly divided into three cases, including general reactions caused by the vaccine, abnormal reactions induced by the patient’s personal constitution, and rare adverse reactions caused by the injection process: 1. General reactions: Some patients show digestive function and phytokinetic disorders after vaccination. Patients mostly show nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, fatigue and weakness, as well as general reactions such as redness, swelling and pain at the injection site, which will subside as the vaccine is gradually absorbed by the body; 2. The patient may have anaphylaxis, anaphylactic purpura, or anaphylaxis, laryngeal edema, etc. in severe cases. Lymph node enlargement and lymphangitis may also occur, and local bacterial infections and abscesses may develop at the injection site. Patients need to read carefully the precautions and contraindications before vaccination and consult with medical personnel to avoid abnormal reactions after vaccination; 3. Rare adverse reactions: Patients with deeper injection sites or more sensitive physique may have radioactive pain along the nerve line at the injection site, but the chance of occurrence is generally low.
