The early stages of vitiligo are mainly found on exposed or rubbed areas, such as the face, neck, back of the hand, wrist, forearm and lumbosacral areas. The skin lesions are initially one or several hypopigmented patches with clear boundaries, which can gradually expand into well-defined depigmented patches that are milky white. The hair in the white spot can turn white or normal, and if it occurs in the facial area, white hair can appear. Therefore, the primary manifestations of vitiligo are clinically diverse, and it is recommended to go to a regular hospital for early diagnosis and treatment.
