What are the tips for frozen shoulder?

Periarthritis, also known as “frozen shoulder”, “shoulder coagulation”, “fifty shoulder” or “adhesive shoulder arthritis”, is caused by degenerative changes in the shoulder joint, trauma, strain and other factors and endocrine changes. It is an aseptic inflammatory reaction of the soft tissues around the shoulder joint caused by degenerative changes of the shoulder joint, trauma, strain and other factors and endocrine changes in the body. Pathologically, it is mainly caused by inflammatory adhesions in the muscles, tendons, bursa, joints and other soft tissues around the shoulder joint due to degenerative changes or trauma and strain, resulting in obstruction of joint movement and stagnation. Patients initially experience mild shoulder pain, which gradually worsens, and then joint movement is significantly restricted. Traditional periarthritis adhesion release with painful point closure is an effective treatment for periarthritis in Chinese medicine. If combined with early functional exercise after surgery, it will be more effective in improving joint mobility and relieving chronic joint pain.
