Is amnioticism really a demon?

The first time I saw a woman with epilepsy, I was able to see a woman with epilepsy, and I was able to see a woman with epilepsy, and I was able to see a woman with epilepsy, and I was able to see a woman with epilepsy. In many people’s minds, epilepsy is an incurable disease, and from some limited sources, they get misinformation spread by people with ulterior motives and try to treat it through superstitious activities, and there are also advertisements of wandering doctors all over the country, under the banner of curing epilepsy, which leads to aggravation of the disease in rural and remote places, and further entrenches their notion that epilepsy cannot be treated. Here I want to talk about some misconceptions about epilepsy awareness and treatment: First, we need to be clear about what epilepsy and seizures are really about. Seizures are excessive abnormal discharges of neurons in the brain. To draw an analogy, the nerves in the brain are like electrical wires, and there is also an insulated wire skin on the outside. When various brain diseases damage the brain nerves, the outer skin of the nerves is damaged and the stability is changed, causing leakage. If two leaking nerves lap together, they will cause a short circuit and instantly generate a huge amount of energy, which we call excessive abnormal discharge, and a seizure will form. If this excessive abnormal discharge occurs repeatedly (generally considered more than one day apart and more than two seizures) we diagnose epilepsy. The most useful ancillary test is an electroencephalogram, and of course some cranial imaging is needed to find the cause of the epilepsy. Epilepsy is a seizure disorder, but when it does not occur, it is no different from a normal person, who can study and work normally. The next step is to talk about the treatment of epilepsy misconceptions: currently many epilepsy patients and families have a concept that Western medicine is very toxic, do not eat at all Western medicine treatment, but to find the so-called pure Chinese medicine, and some physical therapy, the results delayed treatment, seizures more and more powerful; or think about whether the surgical treatment to cure epilepsy, the results of the disease to the doctor. In fact, for epilepsy, the most effective is still oral medication. With the development of medical science and technology, more and more anti-epileptic drugs have emerged, and the most important feature of the new anti-epileptic drugs at present is the small side effects. Through standard treatment, close to 80% of epilepsy patients can be well controlled, and some patients can be controlled into 2 to 5 years after gradual drug reduction and discontinuation, which is what we consider as a cure. The remaining 20%, which we call refractory epilepsy, can now be supplemented by surgery and vagus nerve stimulation to improve and relieve symptoms. But medication cannot be stopped at will, with or without surgery. Therefore, for patients with epilepsy or suspected epilepsy, do not be too discriminatory and inferior, it is a treatable disease. The best attitude is to find a regular hospital with neurology as early as possible, make a clear diagnosis as soon as possible, then find an epilepsy specialist to develop a treatment plan, follow medical advice, and adjust living and eating habits. The actual fact is that you will be able to get a lot more than just a few of these.
