What should I do if my newborn has hyponatremia?

Oliguria in newborns is when a newborn baby urinates less than 300ml in a 24-hour period or does not urinate in a day. Newborn babies have a weak resistance and their kidneys are not very well functioning, but it is not normal for them to have less urine and no urine in a 24-hour period.
Newborn babies with high urate content can block the renal tubules and cause temporary anuria. Parents should then feed the baby milk or sugar water to ensure sufficient water, and pay attention to whether the bladder is full, if the abdomen is full, it will disappear after urination. If there is little or no urine for 48 hours, there may be a case of kidney disease and the baby needs to be taken to a specialist hospital immediately for examination and treatment to look for any deformities of kidney disease.
