Is low morning urine a UTI?

Uremia is the end-stage manifestation of slow renal failure, most often seen as reduced morning urine, associated with imbalances in water-electrolytes, acid-base balance, uremic toxins, and renal endocrine dysfunction. The diagnosis of uremia is related to the glomerular filtration rate, but there are many reasons for reduced morning urine output, such as oliguria caused by physiological water loss, which can also cause insufficient effective blood volume and insufficient tissue perfusion leading to reduced urination, so low morning urine cannot be diagnosed as uremia.
