Review of breast cancer patients

Breast cancer patients are destined to deal with doctors and nurses for a long time once they are diagnosed, so it is vital to choose a professional breast cancer treatment team and establish a long-term stable and friendly relationship with them. The intensive treatment time for breast cancer patients is about six months, during which you should meet with your doctors and nurses frequently and should communicate with them fully to address most of your questions during treatment. Regular follow-ups should be observed after the intensive treatment time. We recommend that breast cancer patients should have a review every six months after surgery. The review usually consists of chest X-ray, liver ultrasound and whole body bone scan, or PET, mammogram or chest CT at the suggestion of your doctor. During the review phase, you have less chance to meet with your doctor, you should contact them actively and frequently to reflect your health status and discomfort symptoms and seek for the right advice.
