What are the signs of breast cancer?

Breast cancer is mostly asymptomatic in the early stage, and the detection of early breast cancer mainly relies on professional instrumentation. If you have any of the following symptoms, you should consult a doctor in time. The following are the common typical signs of breast cancer: 1. 2. Nipple overflow: Most of the breast cancers with nipple overflow as the only manifestation are early stage breast cancers. And the chance of bloody nipple overflow breast cancer over 50 years old is greater than 50%. Those who have nipple discharge with the following factors are at high risk: (1) the patient is over 40 years old; (2) the discharge is bloody or watery; (3) unilateral, single-hole ductal discharge; (4) accompanied by breast lumps. 3. Skin changes: (1) limited indentation (dimple sign); (2) orange peel-like changes; (3) lump rupture and hard skin nodules; (4) extensive skin congestion and edema, which are often typical manifestations of inflammatory breast cancer. 4. Nipple areola changes: nipple retraction, orientation change and nipple erosion. Clinically, microscopic breast cancer lesions cannot be palpated, so a lump that cannot be felt in the breast does not necessarily mean that there is no breast cancer. Breast cancer that cannot be palpated and detected by mammography, high frequency ultrasound and other instruments is called subclinical breast cancer, and most of them are early stage breast cancer.
