After breast cancer bone metastasis is advanced breast cancer, the 5-year survival rate of advanced breast cancer is about 10%-20%. The treatment after breast cancer bone metastasis is mainly based on the pathological type of breast cancer, the degree of bone metastasis, the patient’s physical condition and the pathological classification of breast cancer. In case of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer with simple bone metastasis, local radiotherapy, endocrine therapy and zoledronic acid anti-bone metastasis treatment can be used to treat the bone metastasis, which has a better prognosis. In case of multiple bone metastases, chemotherapy plus zoledronic acid anti-bone metastasis treatment is the main treatment. If the bone metastases are painful, particle implantation or local radiotherapy can be added to the treatment. In conclusion, breast cancer bone metastasis belongs to stage IV breast cancer, and the 5-year survival is about 10%-20%, depending on the patient’s physical condition, the pathological type of breast cancer and the kind of treatment he/she can receive.
