The trachea and bronchi are spasmodic at night early in the morning due to innervation and other reasons, causing the patient to cough more at night. Also, consider the state of airway hyperresponsiveness, not excluding choking cough caused by esophageal reflux. If there is no acid reflux, heartburn and other conditions of esophageal reflux, the pure state of airway hyperreactivity can be treated with oral paracetamol, or montelukast anti-allergy. Budesonide aerosol can be nebulized if available to relieve bronchial spasm and reduce the symptoms of coughing. Eat less spicy and stimulating food and avoid exposure to irritating smells such as oil and smoke to avoid aggravating cough symptoms. The above is for reference only.
