Patient, female, 28 years old, sought treatment for poorly colored upper anterior teeth. Examination revealed a white cloudy plaque on the surface of the right upper anterior tooth, which was considered to be under-mineralized due to abnormal enamel development. See figure below. Minimally invasive infiltrative resin treatment technique was used without damaging the tooth and the treatment ended with the following results.
