How to determine the severity of internal hemorrhoids by yourself

Clinically, I often have patients who tell me that they have a swelling that comes out when they have a bowel movement, what is it? Most of these cases are internal hemorrhoids. But what type of internal hemorrhoid is it and is it serious? I’ll explain in detail: What are internal hemorrhoids? The internal hemorrhoids are born above the dentate line and are formed by the enlarged varicose veins in the submucous hemorrhoid plexus, called internal hemorrhoids. The main symptom of internal hemorrhoids is bleeding and prolapse, mostly painless soft lumps, and long-term repeated bleeding can cause severe anemia. Internal hemorrhoids are the most common disease with the highest incidence among all hemorrhoids, mostly in the right front, right back and left side of the anus [i.e. truncated position 3, 7, 11 points, often called the mother hemorrhoid; hemorrhoids that occur in the rest of the body are called daughter hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids are divided into three stages: Stage I: Patients mostly have no obvious pain, slightly itchy anus, more anal self-conscious discharge, and occasionally blood on hand paper after stool, dripping blood or shooting blood. Stage II: It is heavier than Stage I, the nucleus of hemorrhoid is larger, the mucous membrane of hemorrhoid is weak, the nucleus of hemorrhoid can be prolapsed outside the anus when forceful defecation, it can return to the anus by itself after stool, the fecal mass rubs against the mucous membrane surface of hemorrhoid when stooling, causing blood in stool, the blood in stool can be blood in hand paper, dripping blood, shooting blood. Stage 3: It is the advanced stage of internal hemorrhoid. Due to the long time of internal hemorrhoid, the nucleus of hemorrhoid increases, and the nucleus of hemorrhoid can be prolapsed outside the anus after stool, even when coughing, exerting, walking and working, and must be sent back to the anus by hand, or only after resting.
