The look of cholinergic urticaria that is, the clinical manifestations of the disease, commonly appear after exercise, stress, eating hot drinks, skin wind, itching, and some patients may have a headache and other symptoms.
1. Chilblains: cholinergic urticaria patients trunk or limbs proximal to the heart and other parts of the stimulation may appear in the diameter of 1~3mm round papular chilblains, and the lesion site will appear red, some patients chilblains will subside in a few minutes or a few hours.
2. Itching: patients with cholinergic urticaria will feel itchy, burning or tingling sensation on the skin.
3. Other: if the patient cholinergic urticaria attack is severe, there will be headache, salivation, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain and other manifestations.
