Sleep State Sensory Perception Disorder

Sleep state perception disorder: subjective feeling of insomnia or excessive sleep, but no objective evidence. During polysomnography test, the patient insists that it is difficult to fall asleep, easy to wake up in the middle of the night, and the sleep time is short; however, the actual test result is obviously inconsistent with his or her complaints, and his or her sleep time and structure are normal. The disease usually starts in middle-aged and young people, and is more common in women. Some patients have suspicious concepts about sleep or somatic symptoms. It may lead to anxiety, depression, substance abuse or dependence. Anti-anxiety drugs are effective.
