How should I take medication when asthma, hypertension and heart failure are combined with second degree AV block?

Patients with hypertension, heart failure and tachyarrhythmias who have second-degree conduction block and who have previously taken medications with heart-rate slowers such as xxolol, calaverapamil, diltiazem or digoxin in their name should have their medication regimen adjusted under medical supervision. Patients with asthma whose medication does not conflict with second-degree AV block may continue their treatment regimen.
